Introduction to Fermentation Workshop: Sauerkraut, Kimchi and Kombucha

Cost: £90 per person (£45 for REfUSE volunteers)

What can you expect?

When you are kind to yourself, this often goes hand-in-hand with being kind to the environment. Refuse is offering this introductory course which gives an overview of easy ways to introduce healthier eating habits and techniques for fermenting, pickling and preserving food so less goes to waste. A beginners introduction to fermentation techniques for making sauerkraut, kimchi and kombucha. All equipment will be provided, including kimchi and kombucha starter kits to take home as well as jars.

We will also provide a complimentary vegetarian lunch and tea and a hot drink on arrival.
