Did you know it costs more to run a cafe like ours than it would a ‘normal’ cafe as we pay someone full-time to drive a van around the North East, to collect, sort and manage our food.

We are reliant on grant funding, fundraising as well as Pay as You Feel contributions in order to keep our community cafe and other initiatives running.

We are looking for people to champion what we do, by giving us a monthly donation, in order to help REfUSE continue to reduce food waste and empower the community in Chester le Street.
