Where do you deliver to?

So far DH1, DH2 and DH3 however if we have the demand, and enough food, we may expand to further postcodes. To let us know you’d like your postcode on the map, email Jonny.

It says you’re out of stock, when do orders open again?

Currently we are opening the website for orders on Friday at 4pm for a Saturday delivery (between 9am and 1pm), keep your eye on our Facebook page as well for more updates.

What time does my hamper arrive?

Hampers will arrive on a Saturday morning between 9-1pm, you need to be in to receive them.

How do I pay?

Payment is taken in advance using our secure system. You can pay via PayPal or BACS. No details are stored or held by REfUSE.

Can I order a Vegetarian/Vegan or GF hamper?

Yes – just write in the ‘additional comments’ box at the checkout. However, know that what we get donated is out of our control. If you request a GF or Vegan box and we don’t have the supply, we will have to refund your order.

Generally, the majority of our boxes will be suitable for vegetarians but please remember to state your dietary requirements on your online order.

What infection control measures do you have in place?

Food is sorted into parcels by a team of  volunteers under the supervision of a REfUSE staff manager, ensuring infection control measures are upheld which include social distancing, mask wearing, hand wash stations, staggered volunteer arrival times and training given to all volunteers. We recommend you follow guidelines on disinfecting food and any other items that are brought into your home.
